Remco van Leen (50) has been appointed as new Content Director of SBS Broadcasting. In this role he will be responsible for the SBS Broadcasting networks SBS6, Net5, Veronica and SBS9. Previously, Van Leen was Media Director at Dutch public Broadcast network AVROTROS. He succeeds Peter Lubbers, who will leave SBS Broadcasting.Peter de Mönnink, CEO of Sanoma BeNe: “With Remco van Leen a very experienced media man joins our company. Before that he was the Program Director at public broadcaster TROS. Van Leen was also working for several TV production companies, especially for Ivo Niehe Producties. His will start October 1st at SBS Broadcasting.
