Sander ten Dam steps down as COO Sanoma Digital Netherlands and will leave Sanoma. The decision is based on a mutual understanding. Arthur Hoffman, CEO Sanoma Digital, will take over Ten Dam's responsibilities immediately, while a permanent solution is being finalised.
As COO Sanoma Digital Netherlands Sander ten Dam has been responsible for Sanoma's Dutch pure play digital assets. He was interim CEO Sanoma Digital until August 2014.
Arthur Hoffman comments: "Sander ten Dam has contributed to the development of our Dutch pure play digital media assets over the past six years, and we have a solid base to build on. Our most important task right now is to accelerate the development and growth. I want to thank Sander for all his efforts over the past years, and his co-operation and commitment in this transition phase."
Sander ten Dam states: "It has been a pleasure to work with so many talented colleagues on some of the most important Dutch digital assets. I would like to wish Arthur and his team all the best in the further development and growth of these brands."
Until a permanent solution has been defined, Arthur Hoffman will take over the leadership of all the Sanoma Digital Netherlands teams.
