Nelonen Launches a New WebTv Service
Nelonen Media launched a new WebTV service called Ruutu.fi this spring. The beta version is now finalised and open to all viewers. The service combines the programming from three free-to-air TV channels: Nelonen, Jim and Liv. In addition, there are podcasts from Nelonen Media's radio channels as well as a lot of additional video material related to Nelonen Media's programming. Ruutu.fi offers some 70 hours of programmes each week and already has millions of viewers each month.
Nelonen Media is part of Sanoma Entertainment, the electronic media division of the Sanoma Group.
