Finnkino Acquired Minority Shares in its Latvian Movie Theatre Company

Finnkino has signed an agreement on the purchase of the minority shares carrying a 10% ownership in its Latvian movie theatre company SIA Forum Cinemas. These shares have been previously held by the company's Managing Director Atis Amolins. After the transaction, Finnkino owns 100% of the company SIA Forum Cinemas and Atis Amolins shall continue in the position of Managing Director.

Finnkino is part of Rautakirja, a division of the SanomaWSOY Group.
