SWelcom’s cable TV company Helsinki Television LTD will have a new President at the end of March 2004 at the latest. Current President Markku Tuomola has announced that he will be resigning because of family reasons.
HTV’s Chairman of the Board, Tapio Kallioja said that the search for a new President has already begun and that the Board aims to find a new person as soon as possible. “HTV’s activities have developed extremely well under Tuomola’s management. The company’s future seems bright and I believe that it will not be difficult to fill the position”, Kallioja said.
HTV is part of SanomaWSOY’s electronic media division, SWelcom.
