Infokanava informs customers e.g. about Helsinki Television's products, offers, and maintenance works. The contact information for customer service can also be found in Infokanava. By reaching all households connected to Helsinki Television's cable network, Infokanava complements the new customer service package.
Helsinki Television is Finland's largest cable TV company and a part of SWelcom, SanomaWSOY Group's electronic media division. Nearly 230,000 households in Greater Helsinki area are connected to Helsinki Television's cable TV network, and its broadband services had over 23,000 subscribers in May 2002. Helsinki Televions started digital broadcasts in its neetwork in May 2001.
