Kiinteistö Oy Vantaan Valtatie 3, a subsidiary of SanomaWSOY Corporation, has sold a land area in the Vantaankoski High Tech area to SRV Group Plc. The deal improves SanomaWSOY's EBIT in the second quarter by EUR 14.2 million.
