SanomaWSOY's Stock Exchange Release dated April 18, 2000 and headed "SanomaWSOY's Annual General Meeting" contains two incorrect figures related to the number of Series A and Series B shares following the share split approved by the AGM. The figures were calculated without taking into account the conversion of 196,772 Series A shares into Series B shares registered with the Trade Register and confirmed in the Group's Stock Exchange Release dated April 4, 2000 and headed "SanomaWSOY Share Conversion Registered.
The text of the April 18 release containing the incorrect figures reads as follows: "Following these changes, Series A shares will number 24,007,580, and Series B shares, 121,514,016."
The correct figures are as follows: "Following these changes, Series A shares will number 23,220,492, and Series B shares 122,301,104."
