Press release, 2 March 2012

Sanoma Corporation has today announced that it sells its book logistics company Porvoon Kirjakeskus Oy to Bonnier Books Finland Oy. The deal is subject to the approval of the Finnish competition authorities. The closing of the transaction is expected during the second quarter of 2012.

Porvoon Kirjakeskus Oy offers logistics services for the leading publishers in Finland. It employs some 115 persons (FTEs).

The divestment is in line with Sanoma's strategy to focus its operations and to concentrate on consumer media and learning. The divestment will not affect the Sanoma Group's outlook for 2012.
