Sanoma Digital Romania has acquired MagazinulDeCase.ro, Romania's first 'For Sale by Owner' real estate market place.
MagazinulDeCase.ro offers home owners the opportunity to put their real estate up for sale for a fixed fee per listing and doesn't charge commission. MagazinulDeCase.ro is known as the most efficient real estate website in Romania, guaranteeing the highest average number of views per listing. MagazinulDeCase.ro continues to increase the number of new listings, although the real estate market in Romania is currently in decline.
"The company will add several new services to MagazinulDeCase.ro, focused on both sellers and buyers, such as new advertising packages to increase the visibility of listings," Sanoma Digital Romania's new media director Adina Vasilescu explains.
With the transaction Sanoma is taking the next step towards its objective of becoming a leading digital media company in Romania in addition to its prime position in consumer magazines.
