Salla Puska has been appointed Vice President, Finance & Group Controller in the Sanoma Corporation as of 1 December 2010. Puska will be responsible for the Group's external and internal accounting, as well as for the controller operations as supervisor of the finance and control department. In addition, she will participate in the most significant M&A cases. Puska reports to the Group CFO Kim Ignatius.
M.Sc. (Econ.) Salla Puska, 44, has been working as Manager, Finance in the Sanoma Learning & Literature division since April 2009, and prior to that as Finance Manager in Werner Söderström Corporation. Earlier she has served PricewaterhouseCoopers as Manager, Audit (Authorised Public Accountant, APA).
