Sanoma Uitgevers can call itself one of the five best employers in the Netherlands. The company has improved its ranking with five positions in the annual Effectory/Volkskrant Banen survey.
Effectory and Volkskrant Banen poll opinions of thousands of employees about their employers. This year 263 companies participated; in total more than 157,000 questionnaires were completed.
The employees of Sanoma Uitgevers gave their company an even higher score than last year: the overall satisfaction increased from 7.7 to 8.0. As a result the company has moved from the tenth to the fifth position amongst companies with more than 1,000 employees.
