SanomaWSOY Corporation's share capital has increased by EUR 26,273.00 corresponding to 61,100 shares due to 44,600 Series B shares subscribed with 2001A stock options and 16,500 Series B shares subscribed with 2001B stock options.
The increase of share capital was entered into the Trade Register on February 24, 2006 and the trading with the new shares begins on the Main List of Helsinki Stock Exchange on February 27, 2006.
For the new shares subscribed with 2001A and 2001B stock options, all shareholder rights commence from the date on which the increase in share capital is entered into the Trade Register.
SanomaWSOY's share capital increased from EUR 67,478,860.26 to EUR 67,505,133.26, and the number of Series B shares grew from 133 800 270 to 133,861,370 shares. The number of Series A shares remains at 23,127,312.
SanomaWSOY announced the Warrant Scheme 2001 on January 31, 2002. SanomaWSOY informed about the previous share conversion with 2001 stock options and the increase of share capital on December 23, 2005.
