Sanoma Budapest Kiadói Rt. has acquired a car portal VEZESS.HU as of 2 May, 2005. VEZESS.HU was established in April 2001 and it offers a product mix of a high quality motor magazine, a dynamically increasing database of used and new cars, and a number of services exclusively offered on the market.
VEZESS.HU portal is the latest product of Sanoma Budapest's New Media cluster, developing web catalogues, on-line market places and vertical content. The acquisition opens new options for VEZESS.HU to increase its number of visitors.
Sanoma Budapest is the second largest content provider in Hungary and it belongs to Sanoma Magazines International, which is part of Sanoma Magazines, the magazine division of SanomaWSOY.
