SanomaWSOY share conversion registered
SanomaWSOY Corporation share conversion transaction, in which 10,000 A-shares were converted to B-shares as requested by a shareholder, has been entered in the Trade Register. Trading in the converted shares will begin on 29 November 2004. The request of conversion was announced on 8 November 2004.
After the conversion, the number of Series A shares is 23,199,492 representing 463,989,840 votes and the number of Series B shares is 129,912,660 representing 129,912,660 votes. The total number of shares remains at 153,112,152. The total number of votes is 593,902,500 after the conversion.
