SanomaWSOY Corporation share conversion transaction, in which 11,000 A-shares were converted to B-shares as requested by a shareholder, has been entered in the Trade Register. Trading in the converted shares will start on 30 August 2004. The conversion requested was communicated on 10 August 2004.
After the conversion, the number of Series A shares is 23,209,492 representing 464,189,840 votes and the number of Series B shares is 129,902,660 representing 129,902,660 votes. The total number of shares remains at 153,112,152. The total number of votes is 594,092,500 after the conversion.
