Owners of Ajasto Osakeyhtiö and the Estonian OÜ Büroodisain signed an agreement today confirming that Ajasto will purchase a 30% share in Büroodisain. The parties agreed further that Ajasto has the right to acquire a 100% shareholding in the Estonian company at a later stage.
- The acquisition will strengthen our marketing position in calendar operations in the Baltic countries and provide new, flexible production capacity to be used in the whole calendar business unit, says Yrjö Franssila, President of Ajasto.
OÜ Byroodisain is the leading calendar publisher in Estonia with 30 employees.
