The Finnish Competition Authority has commenced further proceedings in an acquisition case whereby Finland's Post acquires the operations of Sanoma Corporation's newspaper delivery company Leijonajakelu Oy. The proceedings will take a maximum of 3 months. SanomaWSOY published a release on the deal on 23 April 2003.
